Description

Practice indoors with the AccuGOLF Hawkeye, a ceiling-mounted launch monitor that keeps the hitting area clear and supports right- and left-handed golfers. Its dual high-speed cameras capture ball and club movement at over 1,000 frames per second, with shot feedback delivered in approximately 0.2 seconds.

Package contents

Standard Hawkeye: Hawkeye sensor, ceiling bracket and screws, 5-foot power cable, two 50-foot Ethernet cables, dual-port LAN card, spotlight and calibration tool. Includes one year of GSPro.

Hawkeye Swing Bundle: Includes the Hawkeye package above, plus two swing cameras, a projector for floor-data projection and lifetime access to Swing Vision software.

Plan your complete setup: A compatible computer, impact screen/enclosure, hitting mat and main screen projector are separate from the equipment listed above. The Swing Bundle’s floor-data projector is for displaying data on the floor; it is not the main impact-screen projector. Installation labor is not listed as included.

The included GSPro license covers the first year. Continued access after that period is subject to GSPro’s applicable subscription terms.

Before you order

Room size: AccuGOLF specifies a minimum of 12 feet wide × 14 feet deep × 9 feet high for a setup serving one handedness. For both right- and left-handed golfers, allow 16–17 feet of width, with the same minimum depth and height. Confirm comfortable club-swing clearance for every intended user before ordering.

Computer: AccuGOLF recommends an Intel i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 processor, 16 GB RAM, NVIDIA RTX 4060/5060 graphics or equivalent, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10/11 and internet access. The PC must accommodate the included dual-port LAN card. NVIDIA GPUs only; AccuGOLF does not recommend the NVIDIA 30 series. Review the current installation documentation before selecting a PC.

Shipping: Shipping charges are separate and calculated at checkout. Contact Norhaven Living before ordering if a rate is unavailable for your address. Dispatch and delivery timing depend on supplier availability and carrier service; no arrival date is guaranteed.

Installation & requirements

Ceiling mounting, cabling, installation of the LAN card in a compatible PC, software setup and calibration are required. Follow AccuGOLF’s complete manual for your ceiling height and layout. The supplier provides installation videos and remote installation/software support.

AccuGOLF’s setup guidance places the tee approximately 7–9 feet from the impact screen. Exact sensor placement depends on ceiling height; use the manufacturer’s instructions rather than a generic mounting position.

Warranty & returns

Manufacturer warranty: AccuGOLF provides a two-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for defects in materials and workmanship. Covered sensor replacements include shipping. Included accessories are covered for qualifying defects, but customers pay replacement-accessory shipping. Exclusions include misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear, power surges and certain third-party software issues.

Returns: AccuGOLF’s manufacturer return policy applies to this product.

• Return window: AccuGOLF states 30 days after software activation or 60 days after receipt. Contact Norhaven Living to confirm the applicable deadline and eligibility before returning equipment.
• Authorization and condition: Prior authorization and proof of purchase are required. Equipment must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return approval is subject to AccuGOLF’s inspection.
• Restocking fee: 20% on authorized returns.
• Non-refundable charges: Shipping/delivery charges and credit-card processing fees.
• Arrival damage: Report damage within 48 hours of receipt.
• Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval; bank processing may take additional time.
