Delivery area: Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, PO boxes and military addresses are excluded.

Timing: The supplier typically dispatches available stock in approximately two days. This is a dispatch estimate, not an arrival date. Transit and any delivery appointment are additional; tracking is provided after dispatch.

Receiving your sauna: Standard freight service is curbside. Indoor placement, stairs, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Contact us before ordering if your address has restricted access or you need unloading assistance; liftgate availability has not been confirmed.

Warranty & returns

Returns: Request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories. Approved eligible returns have no return-label fee or restocking fee. Obtain authorization and packing/collection instructions through Norhaven Living before returning anything; do not arrange your own return carrier. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval and are issued to the original payment method.

Damage or incorrect items: Inspect the shipment on arrival, keep the packaging, and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Cancellations: Request cancellation as soon as possible. The supplier accepts cancellations only before fulfillment begins; once fulfillment starts, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
