Create an indoor home golf space with the SKYTRAK ST MAX Standard Studio Package. It combines the ST MAX launch monitor with a screen enclosure, hitting mat and projector.

Installation & requirements

Assembly required: Customer assembly and setup are required. Assemble the frame and screen, position the mat and monitor, and install/connect the projector following manufacturer instructions. Professional installation is not included.

Enclosure dimensions (width × height × depth):

SKYTRAK suggests a room depth of 17′. These are starting guidelines, not a guarantee that your swing fits. Use the larger clearance required by the enclosure or your unrestricted swing. Check all users’ height, club length and handedness; additional width may be needed for both right- and left-handed players.

Projector position: The 8′ Studio uses the included protective floor mount. For 10′, 12′ and 13′ Studios, SKYTRAK describes frame mounting or ceiling mounting with included mounting hardware. Full-screen projection depends on the approved mounting position. Check throw distance and mounting instructions before preparing the room.

Compatible device required: A computer or compatible tablet is not included. For Windows, SKYTRAK lists Windows 10/11 64-bit, Intel Core i5 or better, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD and NVIDIA GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon 580 as minimum requirements. Choose hardware suitable for the software and graphics quality you plan to use.

Connectivity: Broadband internet is needed for account setup and license synchronization. Follow SKYTRAK’s current device and network guidance; course-play compatibility differs from basic app compatibility. Verify your exact device before ordering.

Warranty & returns

Manufacturer terms: SKYTRAK warranty, return, refund and cancellation terms apply to this product rather than Norhaven Living’s general 30-day return offer. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Launch monitor warranty: New ST MAX monitors are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for six months or 25,000 shots, whichever comes first. Coverage begins when you register the launch monitor to your SKYTRAK account. Physical damage or tampering voids coverage, subject to the full manufacturer terms.

Returns & cancellations: SKYTRAK’s 30-day return guidelines apply to purchases through Norhaven Living. Eligible hardware must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, in original packaging with all parts and components and without wear or damage. Contact Norhaven Living for written authorization before returning anything. Customers pay return shipping. Items with wear, damage or missing components, or that cannot be resold as new, may incur restocking fees of up to 40%; projector restocking fees of up to 40% are assessed after inspection. SKYTRAK may take up to 14 business days to process a received return. Software and subscriptions are non-refundable; accessories, custom setups and simulation services are not returnable. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled without a cancellation charge before shipment. After shipment, the manufacturer’s return terms apply.

Damage on delivery: Inspect every shipment on arrival, note visible damage with the carrier, take photos, and contact Norhaven Living immediately—within 24 hours of delivery—to help us coordinate the manufacturer’s damage process.

Warranty assistance: Email support@norhavenliving.com with your order number, serial number, issue description and photos. Manufacturer return authorization is required before shipment. Customers pay repair shipping; follow SKYTRAK’s approved packing, shipping and insurance instructions and retain proof of purchase.

Manufacturer return and warranty information

Studio return shipping: Studio packages are not eligible for free return labels. Customers pay shipping for Studio or simulator exchanges, including individual components. Contact Norhaven Living for instructions on damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries before arranging a return.

Studio components: SKYTRAK lists a one-year domestic-use enclosure warranty for manufacturing defects. The impact screen is a wear item. Install all supplied border protection and follow assembly and ball-condition instructions. Normal wear, misuse and improper setup are excluded. Projector coverage follows the applicable Optoma warranty; confirm component coverage and service arrangements before purchase.
